I had a troubling experience with this hotel due to their lack of control over bookings, which resulted in a lost reservation. Despite the lovely people I met during my stay, I found the experience quite frustrating and expensive as I needed to rebook at a higher rate. On the plus side, their warm hospitality made the situation feel a little better, though it didn't make up for the hassle.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made my stay feel special, almost like family. However, it was frustrating to deal with issues regarding my reservation and the noise levels from other guests. Overall, while the hospitality was warm and inviting, the mismanagement and noise detracted from the stay.

The room I stayed in was at the end of the hall on the first floor and was quite noisy. I could hear conversations in the hallway as early as 7 am, and the sounds from the TVs in adjacent rooms were bothersome, making it hard to relax.
